OSU Extension has partnered with Training Achievement Program (TAP) Series to offer and online Food Safety training which meets Ohio Department of Health requirements.

Students will take self-paced course via TAP Series and schedule with the OSU Extension office to have exam proctored. This certification is Managers Training (previously Level 2).

Step 1:
Register for course at: https://tapseries.io/Shop/FoodSafetyManager/ - Cost of $85 paid direct to TAP series during registration

Step 2:
Schedule Proctored Exam - Cost of $70 (includes and exam and proctoring fee). Payment required at time of scheduling to ensure scheduled date. 
Schedule exam by contacting Family and Consumer Sciences Educator Laura Halladay via email, online go.osu.edu/gcservsafe or, by calling 937-372-9971 please plan for a 4-8 week lead time in availability to schedule proctored exam.
