- Provide a food animal product preferred by consumers
- Provide a safe, wholesome food animal product
- Ensure youth producers maintain food safety, animal handling, care, and welfare standards of the livestock industry.
4-H Members must complete a Quality Assurance training to exhibit at the Greene County Fair. This training must be completed by June 1 of the current 4-H year.
Who Should Complete Quality Assurance?
4-H members enrolled in the following projects must complete Quality Assurance:
- Beef (Including Feeders!)
- Dairy (Beef and Goat)
- Goats
- Llamas & Alpacas
- Poultry
- Rabbit
- Sheep
- Swine
