The OSU Fruit and Vegetable Safety Team educates growers of fresh produce about Good Agricultural Practices. Through a strong scientific basis, they provide tools and resources to develop risk assessments and food safety plans for the farm, and promaote high-quality, safe produce from Ohio growers.
Pre-registration is required and is $20.00 per person. Participants will recieve a certificate of participation for their customers that the farm operator has received the training.
