ServSafeā„¢ Level 1 Training (Employees) This half-day training can be done at your site or ours. It will give your employees the knowledge they need to protect against food borne illness, minimize liability risks and help improve food quality. Dining with Diabetes

"Dining with Diabetes" is a program designed for people with diabetes and their family members. This class is offered in three sessions that meet once a week. Class activities include learning about appropriate food choices, preparation of diabetic friendly fare, and tasting of healthy foods. A reunion is offered three months after the last class to further support dietary changes. People with diabetes and their family members, caregivers, and support persons can enroll in "Dining with Diabetes." A physician referral is not necessary.

Supermarket Savvy
"Supermarket Savvy" is the third class of the five-week "Spending Smartly" program which helps individuals and families learn how to manage their money wisely. It is offered in Xenia. Topics include smart shopping tips, meal planning, and techniques to stretch your food budget.
