The CAR in CARTEENS stands for Caring And Responsible teens. The CARTEEN Program is a traffic safety program for first-time juvenile traffic offenders. The program's primary goal is to reduce the number of repeat juvenile offenders.
The CARTEEN Program is conducted by the 4-H Program Assistant of the Greene County OSU Extension.
Are you between the ages of 15 and 18? Would you like to save a friend's
life? Do you have three to four hours a month to help your friends become
better drivers? If you answered "yes" to one of these questions, then you have
the time and interest to become a CARTEEN Volunteer.
CARTEEN meetings are held each month at 5:00 p.m., at the Juvenile Court Building, 2100 Greeneway Blvd, Xenia, OH, excluding July and December.
